These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AntiPiracyHub("Service", "Platform"), operated by Choice Network ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using AntiPiracyHub, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

AntiPiracyHub is a content protection and anti-piracy software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• Content fingerprinting and identification services
• Piracy detection and monitoring across digital platforms
• DMCA takedown notice generation and management
• Analytics and reporting on content protection efforts
• Integration with third-party content identification providers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create accounts using false identities or on behalf of others without authorization

Account Verification: We may require email verification, phone verification, or additional identity verification. We reserve the right to reject or terminate accounts that fail our verification processes or appear fraudulent.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We employ industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

By using our content protection services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the content OR have explicit written authorization from the owner
• You have the legal right to issue takedown notices on behalf of the content
• The content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights
• All metadata and information provided about the content is accurate

Proof of Ownership: We may require documentation proving your ownership or authorization at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or termination.

False Claims Liability: Filing false DMCA takedown notices is illegal and may result in significant legal liability. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from false or fraudulent takedown requests.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Submit content you do not own or have rights to protect
• File false, fraudulent, or malicious takedown notices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our explicit permission
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund, and we may pursue legal action where appropriate.

Billing:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Free Trials:

• Free trials may be offered at our discretion
• We reserve the right to limit free trial usage
• Abuse of free trials (multiple accounts, etc.) is prohibited

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

Refund Policy:

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial payment
• Refunds are not available if significant service usage has occurred
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds at our discretion

Our Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Choice Network. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and fingerprint your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• All pirated content will be detected or removed
• Takedown notices will always be successful
• Third-party platforms will comply with takedown requests
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,CHOICE NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Choice Network, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your content or information submitted to the Service
• False or fraudulent takedown notices filed through our Service
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
